BBA in IATA integrated Airline and Airport Management is a bachelor level program designed to provide training for managerial and administrative roles in the aviation industry. The main objective of the program is to train eligible candidates for managing customer needs, managing staff and ensure coordination with other line departments of the airport. The course covers numerous modules including internships at airports. It is a three year program that grooms their management skills and is the base to pursue MBA programs. The course is IATA Integrated and is approved by UGC.
Career Prospects
BBA with IATA Airline and Airport Management degree holders work as Credit Control Manager, Airport Manager, Assistant Airport Manager, Floor Manager, Duty-Free Manager, CSA, Test Manager etc. Such graduates may later pursue an MBA or a Diploma degree in Aviation. Placement is provided in India overseas wherein the major recruiting agencies include Airports and Airlines, Service Industry, Cargo Industry, Ground Handling Agencies, International Travel Agencies, Tour Companies, International Hotels, Consulting Firms, Recruiting Agencies
